Here at Coalville mist we will do our absolute best to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us and we will discuss further your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and eventually will need to be replaced.
All Batteries are covered by a 28 day manufacturer faults only. Damaged items will not be exchanged.
Clearomizers are covered if they are dead on arrival.
We check everything we send out to ensure it is working (where we can check) and that it is not damaged however if for any reason it does reach you in damaged condition please contact us and where possible send photographic evidence.
E-liquids can not be returned under any circumstances due to health and safety reasons. We do our absolute best to make sure the correct liquids are sent out.
All batteries come with a 28 day manufacturer warranty that covers electrical faults.
Please note E-cig batteries can be fragile and we do not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will come with a 28 day warranty.
All products are checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers.
In the unlikely event the product arrived dead or damaged please inform us immediately so that we can arrange an exchange.
Returns are to be paid by the customer. We are unable to cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us. We offer exchanges or in-store credit only.
